I’m coming up with a new meal plan. It’s more like a like a life plan, including exercise. I’ve studied health since I was 13 and have plugged in all the components for a perfect life style/diet. It’s a 24 week 3 meal plan. Right now I am in need of some recipes for my plan. If anyone could message any good recipes that have fruit or dairy or veggies of any sort. Sugarless would be great.
